I graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in 1980 with a
B.A. in Psychology.
I am very interested in dreams. The act of dreaming itself is of
utmost importance to me when creating a painting. Because dreams
are a part of sleep, they are a part of our being. Dreams are the
pathway to the soul and we all have a connection to a sense of
creativity which we only need to tap into at our pleasure. One
only has to remember to be sure of what one is interpreting from each
dream, as dreams can be good or evil.
After being around art for many years, I decided to try doing some
myself. It is a continual process of learning and changing I
enjoy experimenting with colors and shapes and most importantly, what
can be seen in the shapes.
Some of the art exhibitions that I have been part of where my art work
was exhibited:
The Arts
Alliance Center at Clear Lake, Clear Lake, Texas
Galveston Art League, Galveston, Texas
Brazosport Art League, Clute, Texas
Texas City Arts Festival, Texas City, Texas
