Astronomy Club

The Brazosport Astronomy Club is a group of people interested in the study, enjoyment and sharing of astronomy.

Anyone interested is welcome to attend meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month following the Planetarium show. No dues. No telescope needed. Astronomy Club member outreach includes school star gazes and other events to encourage education and enjoyment of astronomy!

The Astronomy Club has been around for 15 years and counting. The club’s major community outreach activity is the Telescope Star Gazers which includes school star gazes throughout the county by reservation with the Astronomy Club. We are members of Night Sky Network.
