The Center for the Arts & Sciences is excited to welcome Andrew Gordon to the team as our new Director of Development!
With close to two decades of nonprofit fundraising and volunteer leadership, Andrew brings a deep commitment to service, community engagement and mission-driven work to his new role at The Center. Most recently, he spent two years with the American Heart Association as their Houston/Gulf Coast Development Director, focusing on fundraising and improved community health.
A graduate of Texas A&M University and Houston-area resident since 2005, Andrew also offers a diverse professional background, including eight years in the oil and gas industry, from corporate offices to drilling rig floors. His experience spans sales, operations and regulatory compliance/ESG, along with an additional four years in the construction industry.
Proud to now call Lake Jackson home, Andrew is excited to begin a new chapter at The Center for Arts & Sciences. He looks forward to supporting the arts, education and cultural enrichment while continuing his long-standing dedication to strengthening the community.
