BASF Planetarium is ushering in another holiday season with family-favorite planetarium show, Season of Light, during the month of December! Join us for this nostalgic Christmas fulldome show celebrating customs of the season from various cultures and exploring the question, “If the star of Bethlehem was a natural phenomenon, what might it have been?” Season of Light is wonderful for the entire family and includes a beautiful tour of the winter circle of constellations.
Visitors can see the popular show on Tuesdays (December 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30) at 7:00 PM in the planetarium throughout the month, as well as Saturday, December 20 at 1:00 PM.

Join us for FREE mid-week Wednesday Meditation program at 12:15 PM on December 10 & 17 (no program on Dec. 3 or 24). Saturday planetarium activities include Star & Space Story Time at 12:30 PM, followed by family-friendly shows at 1:00 PM (no programs on Dec. 27).
The planetarium will also be presenting Star & Jingle on Monday, December 22 as part of The Center’s annual Cure for the Christmas Chaos program of events! Join us for FREE family-friendly activities from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and then stick around and get tickets to the 1:00 PM showing of Season of Light.
