Brazosport Planetarium focuses on planets in September shows

Brazosport Planetarium’s September show is “Unusual Siblings: Venus, Earth & Mars”, slated for 7:00 PM on Tuesdays throughout the month and the 4th Friday in BASF Planetarium. This show focuses on the search across our galaxy for habitable planets with a water source. Our nearby planets, Venus and Mars are all within the habitable zone. Might these nearby sibling planets have the water we need to support life?

Family-friendly shows are slated for 1:00 PM each Saturday. This month’s shows are: Earth, Moon & Sun (9/3), Perfect Little Planet (9/10), Astronaut (9/17) and Dawn of the Space Age (9/24).

The monthly Spanish show is set for Thursday, September 29 at 7:00 PM and will be “Fronteras”.

Tickets to all shows are free to planetarium members; non-member tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children.
