You are eligible for screening if you:
Are a female, age 35 or older, are due for a mammogram, do not have any breast symptoms or problems, not currently pregnant or nursing, have not been diagnosed with breast cancer within the past 5 years and have a primary care physician.

About The Rose…

3D Mammography:
3D Mammography is available upon patient request.  3D Imaging can only be done in conjunction with a routine screening or diagnostic mammogram.  The 3D portion of the exam may not be covered by all insurance plans – if it is not covered the patient will be expected to pay a $60.00 charge to cover the technical portion of the exam.

Serving Insured Women:
The Rose does accept most insurance policies. After a participant registers we will do our best to verify coverage. If we have any issues, we will contact the patient directly. If patients have any questions regarding coverage, we always recommend they contact their insurance carrier directly.

Serving Uninsured Women:
We have sponsorship programs for patients without insurance. Sponsorship programs can provide services at no cost to uninsured patients who meet eligibility requirements. We will be contacting any patients requesting sponsorship directly to go over the requirements with them. We also have a discounted cash price for patients that are uninsured but do not meet the requirements for sponsorship.
