Join BASF Planetarium in August for our monthly show, “Exoplanets: The Hunt for Other Planets” on Tuesdays (August 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29) and the 4th Friday (August 25) at 7:00 PM! The search for planets outside of our solar system intrigues us. Could these exoplanets have life? Using the latest science, we’ll learn about the different ways to discover far away planets, what types exist, and what they are made of. Purchase tickets here.
Visit us on Saturdays for lots of family fun! We host a FREE Star & Space Story Time featuring space-themed children’s books at 12:30 PM in the planetarium lobby before the planetarium show starts. (Please RSVP for this free event.) Join us at 1:00 PM for rotating family-friendly planetarium shows, including Perfect Little Planet on August 5, Earth, Moon & Sun on August 12, Accidental Astronauts on August 19 and Dawn of the Space Age on August 26.
