Join BASF Planetarium for shows, programs in April

In addition to the upcoming solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, BASF Planetarium has plenty of programming scheduled for the month of April!

See Moons: Worlds of Mystery at 7:00 PM on Tuesdays (4/2, 9, 16, 23 & 30) and the 4th Friday (4/26) this month. Join us for family fun on Saturdays at 12:30 PM with a rotating schedule of children’s books during Star & Space Story Time (FREE) and then purchase tickets for family-friendly 1:00 PM planetarium shows, which change weekly. Tickets are free to planetarium members; non-member tickets are $5/person.

For our friends in Angleton, the planetarium has teamed up with the Angleton Parks & Recreation Department for Lakeside Starry Night on Friday, April 12 from 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM at Lakeside Park (1234 Enchanted Oaks Dr.). View the night sky through telescopes, learn about constellations and create your own star wheel. This event is FREE and open to the public.
