BASF Planetarium’s popular Science Café program allows the general public to hear from experts in expected and unexpected fields of study in a social, laid-back atmosphere. The group hosted Brazoswood High School rocket engineering teacher, Chris McLeod, for its most recent event last Friday, February 7 for a program entitled “Rocket Engineering: STEM Education in Public High School”.
Chris discussed Bwood’s project-based STEM education, including the math and engineering behind high power rockets and the structure of Bwood’s rocket engineering track.
