Tickets are ON SALE NOW for Brazosport Center Stages’ Penguin Project production of Shrek the Musical JR., on stage May 8-10 in our Freeport LNG Theater!
Tickets are $20. Friday and Saturday performances (May 8 & 9) start at 7:30 PM and the Sunday matinee (May 10) is at 2:30 PM.
Purchase tickets at the button *OR* via phone at 979-265-7731 or in person at the Box Office during regular business hours (M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Tickets are also available for the Invited Dress Rehearsal on Wednesday, May 6 on a “pay what you can” basis. This allows attendees who can afford to pay more to help those who cannot. Suggested minimum: $5.00 each ticket. (These tickets are general admission – no reserved seats.)
At a dress rehearsal, the audience gets a behind-the-scenes look at the final steps of putting on a show. You may notice pauses, adjustments or brief stops as we fine-tune the performance.

ABOUT THE SHOW:
Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in Shrek The Musical JR., based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical. It’s a “big bright beautiful world” as everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek JR. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.
