“Galileo’s Telescope” & Spanish Show Slated for January

Join us for January’s planetarium show, Galileo’s Telescope, on Tuesdays and the 4th Friday (Jan. 3, 10, 17, 24, 27 & 31) of the month in BASF Planetarium. Galileo Galilei, a Renaissance man of science, takes the telescope – a discovery of war – and turns it up to the night sky. There he discovers truths that change our view of the heavens forever. Have fun exploring Galileo’s vision in this interactive show!

Saturday afternoon shows return in January at 1:00 PM each weekend with the following schedule:

  • January 7: Earth, Moon & Sun
  • January 14: Perfect Little Planet
  • January 21: Astronaut
  • January 28: Artemis – Forward to the Moon

In addition, the planetarium will be hosting the all-Spanish show, “Jupiter y Saturno: Los Reyes de los Planetas” on Thursday, January 26 at 7:00 PM in BASF Planetarium.
