The Facts features new Culture Camp program with Gathering Place, The Center & Lake Jackson Historical Association

The Gathering Place Interfaith Ministries is launching a new program in conjunction with The Center for the Arts & Sciences and Lake Jackson Historical Association, called Culture Camp. Culture Camp will provide special docent-led programs for people with early or mid-stage Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s and their caregivers at The Center and Lake Jackson Museum once each quarter starting January 30. Programs will include music, art and history topics.

Center Executive Director Wes Copeland, historical association Executive Director Lindsay Scovil and Gathering Place CEO Dale Libby will sign a Memorandum of Understanding during a ceremony on Thursday, January 18 at the center, 400 College Blvd. in Clute.
