Local artists started gathering to paint outdoors during the pandemic and never stopped, continuing to meet monthly for the last five years. The current exhibit in Brazosport Art League gallery, Meet Me Outside: The Landscapes and Landmarks of Brazoria County, features the works of 19 Plein Aires artists, created all over Brazoria County, ranging from wooded parks to beaches and bayous.
