Brazosport Art League opened Scribbles & Sketches exhibit last week in the gallery, featuring art created by students in our weekly Kids Studio Time and Teen Studio Time classes. Student artists, their families & friends and art league members came together for an opening week reception last Friday to celebrate the beginning of the month-long show.
The Facts had a reporter and photographer at the reception and featured the show’s opening in today’s (5/14/25) edition, Scribbles & Sketches fills Brazosport gallery with youth art, including photos from the event and interviews with students and instructors Mary Chauvel and Dorothy Dean.
