Brazosport Center Stages’ two weeks of music theater workshops are a hot ticket every year during Summer at The Center. Thirty-five campers, ages 7 through 12, learn a musical from start to finish in just one week, with casting occurring on Monday and the performance taking place on Friday afternoon.
This year, campers put on music director Hope Shiver’s World War II-themed “Ship Ahoy”. The Facts published a feature about the always-popular workshop and included photos from a rehearsal in today’s (6/26/26) edition, “Brazosport Center Stages’ summer workshops prepares single performance of ‘Ship Ahoy'”.
