Tuck Everlasting Postponed Until December 9

Opening night of Tuck Everlasting production postponed until December 9

(CLUTE, Texas – December 1, 2021) – Opening night of Brazosport Center Stages’ musical, Tuck Everlasting, is postponed until Thursday, December 9, 2021.

A COVID-19 diagnosis of one crew member prompted the decision to postpone the show by one week. Brazosport Center Stages is in contact with the production member and wishes them a full and speedy recovery. No cast or other crew members have tested positive for COVID-19 at this time.

Brazosport Center Stages and The Center for the Arts & Sciences (Center) are committed to keeping their visitors, volunteers and staff safe. “It’s like when glass breaks on stage,” said Center director Wes Copeland. “No matter what is happening, the action stops until the glass is cleaned up and the actors are safe. We pause when necessary to ensure the safety of our Center Family and the surrounding community.”

Center staff will contact ticket holders to exchange their tickets for future performances.

Established in 1943, Brazosport Center Stages is a resident program of The Center for the Arts & Sciences. More information can be found at The Center’s website, www.bcfas.org.
