The Victorian Crazy Quilting exhibit is now open in Brazosport Art League gallery! Featuring original pieces by artists with the local Bee Crazy Quilting Bee, the show runs through Sunday, February 18 with an opening reception planned for Wednesday, January 17 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the BAL gallery. The reception is generously being sponsored by Junque Rescuers; this event is FREE and open to the public.
Members of the Bee Crazy Quilting Bee have met weekly since 1999. Those interested in learning more about the quilting bee and/or crazy quilting are welcome to join the group at 10:00 AM on Tuesdays at Covenant Evangelical Presbyterian Church in the youth building.
To see the exhibit, visit the BAL gallery before February 18! Tickets to the gallery are FREE. To help us record visitor demographics, please register in The Center lobby when you arrive or pre-register online. Hours of operation are 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM on Sunday.
