“Brave As Thistles” Book Launch

Join author, retired teacher, actor and Center volunteer Lauri Cherian for the launch of her new book of poetry, Brave As Thistles, on Thursday, June 22 from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM in BASF Planetarium. Lauri will be reading portions of the book and signing copies.

“If your life journey has brought you to a place where bravery is required, may you be like a thistle, delicate and beautiful, yet tenacious and strong, able to flourish through any season.”
