Willy Wonka auditions
Join Brazosport Center Stages for auditions for our summer musical, Willy Wonka!
AUDITION DATES:
- Sunday, May 17 at 2:30 PM
- Kids are invited to audition on Sunday! If you cannot make the Sunday audition, Monday & Tuesday are okay!
- Monday & Tuesday, May 18 & 19 at 6:30 PM
- Freeport LNG Theater of The Center for the Arts & Sciences
CAST NEEDS:
Director David Hill is looking for a large cast of varying ages & ethnicities, 17 adults and 23 children (age 8 and up).
Auditioners are asked to prepare a short song, preferably from the show. (Please bring piano sheet music for the accompanist if possible. Check www.musicnotes.com.)
Everyone will be asked to read lines and be taught a short dance number (appropriate shoes–no flip-flops). Sides will be in available in The Center office starting May 4.
As always, backstage and technical crews are needed. Complete audition forms to volunteer. Call or text Producer Shirley Busbice (979-236-1413) with questions.
