Brazosport Museum of Natural Science is throwing a Dino Day Dance Party on Saturday, August 5 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM! Join us for a dance party with a DJ, drinks & snacks, games and prizes for the best dressed dinosaur and the judges’ favorite dino t-shirts!
Get ready to dance, sing along to the fun dinosaur-themed songs and have a prehistorically good time!
This event is FREE and open to the public. Please RSVP in advance!
More than 1,100 people attended Brazosport Museum of Natural Science’s Dino Day on Saturday, August 6 at Lake Jackson Civic Center. Co-sponsored by the City of Lake Jackson, the event featured Dinosaur George and his traveling prehistoric museum and dino-themed crafts.

Brazosport Museum of Natural Science’s 2022 Dino Day is back and better than ever this year, as the museum teamed up with the City of Lake Jackson to welcome Dinosaur George and his traveling prehistoric museum to the Lake Jackson Civic Center on Saturday, August 6. * All visitors, volunteers and staff in public areas must be masked, regardless of vaccination status. This includes children ages 3+.
*Visitors are required to preregister using our ticketing system. (Registration is FREE!)
After going virtual in 2020, Brazosport Museum of Natural Science is happy to bring back Dino Day back to The Center this year!
