The Center’s NYE party featured in The Facts

The Facts ran a feature on The Center’s upcoming New Year’s Eve fundraiser, Bet on the Arts Casino Night & Gala, in Christmas Eve’s “Entertainment Extra” section of the paper.

Reporter Avery White visited with executive director Wes Copeland about the purpose behind the glitzy, casino-themed event and communications manager Summer Morgan about what attendees can expect.

“We missed having something big around the holidays to do with our community and with our volunteers (due to the cancellation of the Elizabethan Madrigal Feast in 2020),” Morgan said. “A lot of people who are coming to the event we call our ‘Center family’, so it really feels like we are celebrating the holidays with them.”
